It all began in 2017 with Nikki Boros Photography. I did weddings, families, senior, boudoir...everything but newborns until 2021 when I realized boudoir is what I want to specialize in. Helping women realize how beautiful they are is an incredible feeling! Every woman is perfect just how they are and boudoir helps them see how that.
I opened a 2,800 square foot studio in Colorado, our grand opening was just 4 days before the COVID outbreak and shutdown. We had to close our doors for nearly 4 months! Once we were able to reopen we did, and hit the ground running! Less than a year later life threw another curve ball at us and we ended up moving across the country. Things lined up much faster then expected and we moved to Smyrna, Tennessee in October 2020. Being in a new state with a fresh start was the perfect time to make changes which lead to the creation of Southern Honey Boudoir.
I find sticking to one style gets boring! We offer bright and airy, dark and moody and everything in-between. This gives our clients more variety to select from. If you prefer one style over another, that's ok! We will customize your session to what you like best, your experience is all about you and your comfort level, style and vision for your images.

We are ALL for doing sessions that are more outside the box. Our 'Bloody Valentine' sessions are popular around Halloween. Incorporate your favorite scary movie into a dark and sexy session!
Body Paint & Glitter
We are fortunate to partner with an INCREDIBLE body painter from Las Vegas. She comes out periodically to do body glitter and body paint sessions! It's so unique and a ton of fun, who wouldn't want to get body painted?!

This may be my favorite type of unique boudoir. We have multiple tails (different sizes and colors), a Vegas Showgirl level mermaid head piece (it.is.AMAZING) and seashell bra to make our ladies look like a beautiful mermaid.
Tennessee offers many great locations on the water. Your session includes transportation to the island on our beautiful boat.
